Acne is a tough skin condition to deal with and there are many acne skin care products too choose from that make it even more difficult to clear up your acne. I had acne on and off for 5 years and had difficulty treating and curing it with all of the products on the market. I finally discovered that diet actually does have something to do with my acne and that I needed to change my diet if I really wanted to clear up my skin.
Diet is very important along with what you drink as well. Whatever you ingest has an impact and effect on how clear your skin is. If you ingest junk food and drink soda’s all day your body does not have the nutrition that it needs in order to keep your skin clear and healthy. These foods and drinks also cause your body to become more toxic and acidic which make’s it harder for the little nutrition that you do get to properly be utilized by the body and skin.
This is why I recommend that you eat fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Not only this I recommend that you eat them raw and if you can get organic produce. This ensures that you get the optimal amount of nutrition from these foods including the enzymes that are very beneficial for your digestive tract and system to help your body flush toxins and bad bacteria out of the body so it doesn’t sit and fester and cause acne.
One ingredient that I found to be very beneficial to clearing up acne both internally and externally is apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is a mixture of apple cider and vinegar and has many health benefits for your body and digestive system internally. You can also spray apple cider vinegar on your acne and skin, it is very cleansing to the skin and helps tone and heal your skin as well.
